Dear Sir,
With due respects, I would like to state: Kindly don't treat this letter as a complaint: it is simply humble submission, representation on behalf of old age persons, genuine persons and others facing difficulties for compliance of KYC Norms.
I would also not like to pass any comment against the provisions of requirements but something against implementation of instructions.
Simply I request some relaxation and exemption in favor of some genuine depositions & senior citizens' complaint authorities may be allowed to grant such relaxation-exemption in favour of such genuine depositions & senior citizens.
I had discussed the factor in length with Hon. G.M. RBI Shri Mishan Saheb on phone on 11th July, also with you. P.S. Mr. Bhatt and everybody admitted the facts. Discretion and decision is left to the higher competent authorities with protection of subordinate officers and in favor of genuine depositions.
Kindly do needful and oblige number of genuine depositons for senior citizens who couldnot individualy approach you.
Thanks.
Yours Faithfully
(G.R. PARIKH)
