Dear sir ,
This is most himble submission of party in person having his petition pending since 1999. The on submission and filing the petition I was below 60 and today I am 70 plus : the consequences are : I am looser of proper eye sight, hearing capacity movvement capacity, looser of memory and many other physical disabilities after facing two heart attacks when my present working efficiency of heart is only 16 percentages.
In such circumstances I have to keep awatch on my date of hearin g which I a m not getting easilyt ; when inquired it had either not reached to thge board and it is so replied that you must come poersonally to see the date.On the date of hearing when I remain present before the Hon, court it could not be taken bacause of the burder of the court and unfortunately I have marked that the burden is never reduced and all the times it is adjourned and adjourned and adlourned.But the date of adjournment generally cannot be availabe till the end of the days working hours and that aklaso so9metimes ir is told come personally or go to board department and so on and you know it better that how long is the movement to reach one place to another place in the court premises. I am facing strong restriction for movements and meals and other foods which I cannot get in court premises and if the time is not maintained it creates fluctuations in pressure. I am compelled to sit in the court room only which also add pressure : what will happen and ultimately it result sa into adjournment some times because of workload or sometimes because non avaiolability of learned advocate of respondent or any other such reason. Now I cannot afford also to come frequently before court as court premises is enough far from my residence which costs not less than about 200 rupees per trip. The purpose to appear as party in b person to save expenses and here I am under pressure in from all sides : health monetary result of te\he case and such relevent consequences.
In such circumstances I most humbly pray your honour to give such date and time on which the petition may be heard fully at atime for disposal. I admit the limitations of Hon. court and kindly admit my such limitations This is most humble request from petitioner appearing personally as party in person.
