I remember past days instance :: Justice D.A.Desai was a powerful judge of Gujarat high court was initiated legal aid committee. He was strong having sharp intelligence and also short tempered. He was selected for supreme court judge by overtaking some judges also without any experience of chief justice of state high court. Morarji Desai is also having sharp eyes had given a chance to his native brother and proved wrong became also chairman of law commission.
Intelligence and efficiency always speaks. Dr. Samir patel is also grate intellectual personality obtained in heredity. He was designated in cadre of professor of psychology and now being junior in department is nominated selected and posted as head of the department of Psychology at S P Uni , V.V. Nagar. What so ever may be the situation, I would like to take a chance to appreciate his promotion and posting and congratulating hjim on my Blog.
Of course he is not found short tempered , can balanced the stability of mind amongst students and staff.
Intelligence, efficiency and caliber can never been hidden for celebrity. It should be appreciated everywhere and once again I appreciate and congratulate him.
