Sub:- Grievances of depositors in submission for repayment
Dear sir
This is G.R.Parikh Hon.Adm. Officer VKK consumer affairs working absolutely honourary for and in favour of persons of weaker end of the society who cannot afford toapproach or contact correct destination. We never charge tto any sufferer or complaint. Genuine difficulties and grievances are studied and forwarded to competant authorities to solve the problems of sufferers.
2 As per your criteria you have decided to make repayment through ECS. It is worth appreciable decision.It will be entirelt your discretionto make repayment by cheque who have no such Bank Account It is observed the small depositors have no cheque book accuunt in such cases the requirement of copy of cheque may be condoned. at your discretion please.
3 As per criteria you have asked to submit original FDR duly discharged. It is essential for you. But in case where depositor had already submitted the FDR duly ddischarged he may not possess the FDR but his claim remains as it is. In such case the number of FDR may kindly be verified and claim may be decided at your discrettion.
4 As per criteria it is required to submit the copy of election ID pancard and driving licence. The deposit is placed before abouy 15 years back and that also by senior citizens and others they have difficulty to submit any such requirement. In such cases if he hadb submitted the copy of bank account sothat payment can be given top him directly to hos account the deficit of id proof may kindly be ignored or condoned. at your discretion and oblige such depositors . There is maximum submission on this issue . When payment is to be done through ECS there will not be any chance of ay irregularities
5 It will be entirely yourdiscretion to solve the problem of such depositrors where there is no details available with them either they have submitted FDR or it is lost Naturally you are at liberty to take any decision i such casesa But I request to be sympethetic towards them keeping humanity in mind..
6 I most humbly request your honour to be moderate soft noble and sympethetic towards grievances holders and oblige them all.
