The status of banks whether SBI , any other Naationalised bank , foreign bank , private bank , co operatibve bank , NBFC or any such fund collecting agency they are shining on the reflection of the money they have collected from depositors But these depositors are nor treated fairly by collecvting authorities They are harrrassed on the name of KYC, TDS, verification of signature introduction etc.etc. while those who are taking loans from such authorities are ggiven VIP treatment whether they repay the loan or not. in time. Day by day NPA increases. During the time all of a sudden grading report has given sharp attack and reaction
It is not my intention to hurt the administration or administrators. Actually I always respect the person on chair or to even the chaitr I can realise the limitations of the person on chair and till all possible efforts I convey the feeling to concern person on chair but they have also their own limitation when the issue is based on policy matter on one side and adding grievances on otherside to the public It requires sensitive treatment. For KYC problems higher officers are blaimed, For TDS system is blaimed but sufferers are depositors and public Solution is in the hands of oficers and their discretion
I think such grievances and grading report may adversely affect the public but we can overtake such problem with soft and smooth treatment with them It may reduce the flow of deposits but can be attracted with soft treatment
