         My last submission vide  email  dated 29-2-12

Dear sir,

        Kindly refer above letters . O)nce again I am submitting my grievances before your honour for kind consideration  looking to my damaged health  to intimate me the next date of hearing  for my petition. I had requested in length quoting my inabilities and grievances  to you vide my last email submission dated 29-2-12

      As per your letter dated 31-7-10  I was instructed to remein before court on  1-9-10. I moved around the whole court premises for the days  but there nwas not any sign of my petition: it was not on board. and second time also   asper your letter dated 28-4-11 I was directed to remain present  in the court on  2-5-11 but the matter was not taken on board on that day also.  I think  not fully counted but approximately  there were   about more than 30 to 40   placement of my petition on board and not taken or heard fully since the filing of the petition  for my pension. .

     My date of retirement is 31-5-98 , I filed petition on in december 99 and today it is March  2012 but petition is pending and that also for pension  when I reached and crossed 70 . I had given my physical inability picture  before your honour in my last submission  dated 29-2-12  through email to you . I cannot move much  properly without  help or support of somebody, my eyes and ears are weakened efficiency of heart after two heart attacks is  less than 16 percentage which is serious enough I have strong limitations for diets movements and particularly  for not taking any tension .

        Looking to the above grievances I had requested your Honour to  fix my matter on such a date and time  at which it can be heard,quoting date,time number of Hon court so that I have not to move here and there to find the court as court premises i s spread over  in huge area.It adds big mental tension on mind to sit in the court room  to wait for the turn  as I have no any other work in court except to appear  for my petition  and at the end of the day it reveals petition is adjourned or may be at the begining it might have been adjporned during  mentioning period  for which I may not be awared.

     Kindly intimate me the situation  by post  only  because this submission through email is  is under my request  by my grandson  through his computer

      I hav e  no intension to harm your feeling or to complain regarding procedure  but due to my inabilities  I am  helpless to move frequently to court premises  to get acquainted with the date of adjournment and court  number  and bench number.

      Even admitting my inabilities I regret  inconvenience  caused to you  on my submision :kindly excuse me and oblige
