Dear sir,
I regret and much disappointed with the decision of your administration to shift the existing shahalam gate branch premises to vacated pushpkunj kankaria branch premises which is just merged with shahalam gate branch premise. Public mermer such decision co9mparing the same to the decision decision of Mohmad Taghlakh to shift his capital from De;lhi to Dolatabad and then again to shift it from Dolatabad to Delhi.
Rest assure, we are not at all inclined to interfere your administration or administrative routine but where there is problem of grievances of public,depositors,custumers and all corelated persons we are inclined to brought the facts before you for reconsideration at once before the damages of public feelings.
As you know, if you have seen both he premises, that the premises of pushpkunj is smaller than the premises of shahalam gate existing premises. Compared to all other factors discussed in previous correspondences and on teliphone ,the decision of shifting the premises of shsalam gate branch is not at all justifiable.For the business point of view of your bank also, you can verify, there is no other branch right from gitamandir S.T to narol area. All concerned will have to move to other premises.Senior citizens had represented before us to request you to continue the premises of shahalam gate branch as it is.
I state that the said issue was discussed by me on the very first day of resuming og GM1 in his chamber while greeting and wel coming to Gujarat without any prejudice and assured him for our all co-operation for his successful administration .What I think, the facts are not placed before him in proper way and with proper angel
Under the circumstances kindly reconsider the decision of shifting the premises and stop the further action at once without further damage pl.
Once again we state that we do not intend to interfere the administration but place the grievances of your5 depositors,customers and other co related persons also
